When University life didn’t take, at the ripe age of 19, Adam made his mark in the Television Production business. Adam began working at WOR-TV in New York as a Production Assistant on the 1986 World Champion New York Mets broadcasts.  Before long, Adam moved on from taping wires and cleaning up vomit  (left behind by a Baseball Legend who shall remain nameless) and became Broadcast Operations Supervisor where he got his feet wet in the pool of Television Production, Sports Marketing and Ad Sales. In fact, he was honored as the youngest member of management in the history of WOR-TV after receiving a special achievement Emmy Award. In 1988, He began working as a Writer, Producer, Director in the family production business (Sports/Entertainment Media Corporation - The parent Company of Big Hug Productions) These early successes led to Adam’s working on many diverse productions, such as: "Entertainment Tonight", "Grammy Awards Coverage", "Victor Awards", "Battle Of The Monster Trucks", "NY Knicks & Rangers Games", "The Millrose Games", "Miss Teen USA, Miss  USA", “Miss Universe”, "Mrs. America”, “Mrs. Wolrd" and many more.

After gaining over a decade of production experience, at 32, Adam crossed over to the other side. By stepping in front of the camera and behind the Mic, he quickly became a top VO talent. A master impressionist raised in the entertainment world and now 41 years young he is blessed as an Award winning Writer/Producer turned, Award winning Comedian, turned Critically Acclaimed Actor with his 2006 debut performance as Harry Pepper (The Telephone Repairman Man) in the Broadway Production of Neil Simons: "Barefoot in the Park". In January of 2007 he was well received as Sidney Greenburg and multiple callers in the multi award nominated Broadway Production of Eric Bogosian’s “Talk Radio”. Adams current night job, 8 shows a week at the Studio 54 Theatre, as Abe Lefkowitz in the upcoming Broadway Production of The Ritz.

He is also the head writer for Supa Strikas cartoon series and recently won the Best Video Game Character of the year for his work as Khelgar Iron Fist on Never Winter Nights 2. He’s had the privilege to act for some of the best: Woody Allen, David Chase, Dick Wolf, Todd Field, Sean Penn, Scott Elliot, Robert Falls, Joe Mantello, Luc Besson, M. Night Shamalyan,  The National Lampoon, among others!  But he says his best work ever: His Children, Sophie and Noah (Co-produced with his beautiful wife Melissa). Some of Adam's film credits include: Celebrity, Sweet & Lowdown, Noise, Little Children, Whatever Lola Wants... TV Credits: Sopranos, L&O, L&O: CI, Ed, Third Watch, Chappelle’s Show, Chris Rock Show, UCB, Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go!, Celebrity Death Match and too many videogames to list. He hopes, one day, to write, produce, direct and star in a spectacular one man show based on the life of the legendary Pearl Bailey.

As the President/CEO and Co Founder of Big Hug Productions, Adam oversees all new business development, consulting, writing projects, and production. And, clearly by virtue of volume, He gives the biggest hugs of all.
